Head and neck cancer patients get Aintree link up

Patients with head and neck cancer on the Isle of Man are being given more help thanks to a new project being rolled out by Macmillan. 
 
The charity has launched a new 'integrated pathway' which aims to ensure there's better coordination of care for people suffering from these forms of the disease. 
 
They now have input from a specialist dental team and clinical nurse specialist from the point of diagnosis as well as a link up with Aintree Hospital:
