Vandals cause damage at Ayres

Vandals have damaged wire fencing at the Ayres National Nature Reserve.

It happened between August 7th and August 12th on the east boundary - the three strand wire fence had two strands cut.

Police say the damaged area is approximately 200 metres from the beach - officers say whilst remote it is an area often visited by hobby fishermen and dog walkers.

Anyone who has information can contact Ramsey Police Station.
