Privateer champion looking to turn professional

This year's winner of the TT Privateers Championship says he's hoping he can become a professional road racer.

Nottingham man Daniel Hegarty picked up the accolade earlier this year after 12 years mainly as a privateer.

He's now teamed up with local business Radcliffe's Racing and is hopeful this could provide the support he needs to make racing his career.

Hegarty - who's been back on the Mountain Course for the Classic TT - says he's feeling hopeful:
