The organisers of the Isle of Man TT have confirmed that the schedule will remain unchanged for next year's races.

Practice week will begin on May 27th, with the six-lap superbike race taking place seven days later, followed by the first of the sidecar events.

The supersport and superstock bikes will take to the course on the Monday of race week, with the second supersport race, lightweights and the TT Zero on Wednesday.

For the second year running, the second sidecar race will open proceedings on Senior Race Day followed by the Senior TT in the afternoon.

14-time race winner Ian Hutchinson is expected to renew his rivalry with outright lap record holder Michael Dunlop after the duo claimed five of the seven solo race wins between them this year.

23-time winner John McGuinness, fastest ever newcomer Peter Hickman and Manxman Conor Cummins are among the other riders expected to be challenging for victories.

Six former race winners will compete in the sidecar class, including lap record holders Ben and Tom Birchall.
