Police in the south of the Island want to hear from anyone who knows who damaged a bus shelter near Rushen Primary School.

A window was smashed in the shelter at around 11pm last Thursday, costing the taxpayer around £400 to repair.

Workers from the Department of Infrastructure were able to clear the broken glass up before pupils arrived for school the following morning.

Anyone who can help officers find the person responsible is asked to contact Castletown Police Station on 822222.
