Car leaves roads at Blackboards during snow shower

The emergency services were called to a crash during a snow shower at Blackboards this morning.

A car left the road, rolling around 20 metres down the steep bank before coming to rest in a field.

The driver wasn't seriously hurt but had to be helped back to the roadside by firefighters before receiving treatment from paramedics.

Crews spent around an hour at the scene, making the vehicle safe so it could be recovered.
