Hotel wants to add 30 more rooms

A hotel in the north of the Island wants to add 30 new bedrooms and a function suite.

The Ramsey Park Hotel has applied for planning permission to extend the existing building, which overlooks Mooragh Lake.

The changes would also include adding extra spaces to the car park.

The new rooms would double the hotel's capacity, having opened with 30 rooms in 2012.
