Chief Minister Howard Quayle will present the Council of Ministers' Programme for Government.

The Programme for Government, the Department of Health and Social Care's overspend and the horse trams are among the topics to be discussed at this month's sitting of Tynwald.

Chief Minister Howard Quayle will ask the Manx parliament to approve the Council of Ministers' plans and aims for the next five years.

The state of the Port Erin Marine Biological Station, charges for plastic bags and the living wage are also on the agenda.

There'll be another vote on the future of the Douglas Bay horse tramway after Infrastructure Minister Ray Harmer failed to secure support from both branches of Tynwald last month - he's seeking a combined vote this time.

The sitting gets underway from 10.30am.
