Ayre Clay Target Club hosted three competitions at Blue Point at the weekend.  Mark Riley was the winner of the 50 target Down the Line league, kindly sponsored by Chrystals Estate Agents.  Martin Kneen was second with Steve Craine taking third place.

Riley went on to win the Manx Championship, kindly sponsored by Sadler Agricultural Supplies.  Kneen was second with Steve Craine in third.  Kevin Oates won A Class; Dave Corlett won B class and Peter Lowe took the C Class prize.  Jack Kneen was the Junior winner.

George Davies sponsored the annual club 3 Shot Auto Challenge on Bank Holiday Monday.  This was won by Marty Kneen, with Kevin Oates in second and Dave Corlett and John Moore tying for third place.

A Class: 1, Mark Riley 47/138; 2, Marty Kneen 45/133; 3, Steve Craine 45/128.

B Class: 1, Jack Kneen 43/123; 2, Dave Corlett 41/122; 3, Peter Chadney 28/81.

C Class: 1, Jordan Dougherty 40/114; 2, Bob Wright 38/111; 3, Peter Lowe 40/110.

This week at Blue Point is a 50 target English Sporting league shoot, sponsored by Harding Lewis Limited.
