Liverpool-based Briggs Automotive Company have given the supercar to the Manx police for TT fortnight.

A BAC Mono supercar is part of the Isle of Man Constabulary's fleet for this year's TT.

The Manx police bring in vehicles from elsewhere in order to carry out extra patrols on the Island's roads over the busy fortnight.

Briggs Automotive Company have loaned the force one of their single-seater road-legal supercars for the duration of TT.

The vehicle will be an active member of the police's fleet, but will also be on show at events around the Island throughout the festival to encourage safe driving and riding.

It's the first time a BAC Mono, which has been given an official police livery, has been used as a police car.
