A third competitor has died at this year's Isle of Man TT.

ACU Events confirmed Alan Bonner died following an incident at the 33rd Milestone on the Mountain Road during yesterday's qualifying.

The 33-year-old made his TT debut in 2014, and finished 28th in Sunday's Superbike race before finishing 30th in yesterday's Superstock.

Bonner was the fastest ever rider from the Republic of Ireland with a lap at 127.090mph in 2015.

TT organisers have passed on their sympathy to his partner, family and friends.
