Road works get underway in Glen Vine

Road works get underway at a busy junction on the main Douglas to Peel road today.

The Department of Infrastructure is replacing traffic lights at the Ballagarey Road junction in Glen Vine.

The road will remain open throughout the works, but temporary traffic lights will be in place and the pedestrian crossing will be out of action.

As a result, motorists and pedestrian are urged to be cautious whilst using the junction over the next four weeks.
