Ambulance service seeks public feedback

The Island's ambulance service is seeking feedback from the public.

The Isle of Man Ambulance Service wants to understand how well it's meeting its core value of putting people at the heart of the service.

The survey includes questions about how easy it is to contact the service, how long it takes ambulances to arrive and how patients feels about the ambulance crew.
