Charity claims pro-life march was huge success

A UK charity that campaigns against abortion says a march in the Isle of Man was a huge success.

Life claims over 100 locals joined its representatives for the walk on Douglas promenade on Sunday.

The campaign group states it wanted to spread a positive message of life after an MHK was given leave to introduce a bill to update the Island's abortion laws.

Most women from the Island currently have to travel to the UK for a private procedure if they want an abortion.
