The Island's Health Minister will face questions about changes at Ramsey & District Cottage Hospital in Tynwald.

Ramsey MHK Dr Alex Allinson will ask Kate Beecroft what plans she has for the future of the minor injury unit and whether palliative care and day case treatments will continue at Martin Ward.

The Department of Health and Social Care recently unveiled plans to set up an intermediate care unit at the hospital.

Meanwhile, Lawrie Hooper will ask the Minister to make a statement on the anticipated benefits and outcomes from the changes at the hospital.

Tynwald sits on Tuesday next week.
