Campaign planned to tackle drivers who use mobile phones

The Home Affairs Minister says some people aren't getting the message when it comes to using mobile phones whilst driving.

Adrian Earnshaw faced questions on the issue in the House of Keys today.

Despite the problem, the Minister said more people are prosecuted for using their phone behind the wheel than is widely recognised, with 15 cases pending at the moment.
