Committee calls for evidence ahead of mental health review

A committee looking into the Island's mental health is calling for evidence.

The Social Affairs Policy Review Committee has decided to review the resources available for mental health on the Island, the severity of mental health issues and the impact mental health has on other services such as the police.

Anyone who wishes to comment can submit written evidence to Legislative Building by noon on February 23rd.

The committee, which was set up by Tynwald, is chaired by MLC David Cretney, with MHKs David Ashford and Martyn Perkins working alongside him.
