New Attorney General sworn in

The Island's new Attorney General has officially been sworn in.

John Quinn took the Oath of Allegiance and Oath of Attorney General at Government House.

Lieutenant Governor Sir Richard Gozney gave the Warrant of Appointment on behalf of the Queen.

Mr Quinn's appointment as Attorney General was confirmed earlier this year after Stephen Harding announced his retirement.

The Manx advocate has also served as acting AG since 2013 while his predecessor was suspended.
