Over a fifth of TT VIP tickets set aside for sponsors
Over a fifth of the VIP tickets for this year's TT were provided as part of sponsorship agreements.
The Department of Economic Development revealed 475 of the 2235 tickets for the VIP and corporate hospitality area sold during race week were for sponsors.
A Freedom of Information request also revealed eight tickets were given to the Lieutenant Governor, while seven were set aside for families of deceased riders.
A further 33 free tickets were given away in the Grandstand.
