Steam Packet receives over 3000 responses to Northern Ireland consultation

Over 3,000 people responded to a survey about the future of the Island's Northern Ireland ferry service.

The Steam Packet Company asked for feedback on proposals to switch its route from Belfast to Larne.

The operator says the feedback will be central to their final decision, and that it's important they consider what their passengers think before making any changes.

The Steam Packet is expecting to receive a detailed report on the responses to the public consultation in the coming weeks.
