Mountain Road closed for surface repairs
Emergency services are warning motorists of poor weather conditions this morning.
Overnight rain has left a lot of standing water on the Island’s roads.
The Mountain - and other routes in the north are said to be particularly treacherous.
The mountain road will be closed between 9.30am and 3.30pm today.
The Department of Transport is carrying out carriageway repairs.
