Thefts from cars in Peel at the weekend

Police are trying to trace the owners of property that's believed to have been stolen from cars in the Peel area at the weekend.

Torches, security panels, CD players and a blue mountain bike were all taken from vehicles in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Peel Police are urging residents to check their vehicles to see if the items are missing.

Someone is helping them in their enquiries but they want to make sure the items are returned to their rightful owners.

Anyone who is missing any of the listed objects or has any information is asked to phone Peel station on 697327.
