Airport records second highest passenger figures in 2016
Over 800,000 passengers used the Isle of Man Airport last year - the second highest total on record.
The Department of Infrastructure revealed that there was an increase to passenger figures at Ronaldsway and at the Island's harbours.
803,825 passengers passed through the airport, more than 11,000 more than in 2015.
Almost half of the air travel was on routes in the North West, which saw a 4.86% rise in users last year.
Sea passengers also recorded a slight rise, with almost 600,000 passing through the harbours - a 0.89% increase.
Around 5,000 came to the Island as cruise ship passengers - up 47% on the previous year, but fishing activity dropped by 16%.
