Chief Minister praises Storm Eleanor response
The Chief Minister has praised the emergency services' response to Storm Eleanor.
A number of roads had to close yesterday evening as several trees fell and some areas flooded during the worst of the conditions.
Howard Quayle took to social media to thank the emergency service workers and volunteers for working through atrocious conditions to protect the Isle of Man.
A red weather warning was issued for a time as winds reached up to 85mph.
