A man charged with causing the death of a motorcyclist will stand trial next year.
41 year old Stephen Darren Callow from Douglas denies causing the death of Mark Andrew Penketh in September last year.
It's alleged the offence was committed at the junction of Ballaquayle Road and Woodbourne Road.
The trial will start of February 14th and last for 5 days.
Deemster Doyle bailed Callow to the start of the trial.
