Hi, I'm Jay, and I tend to crop up here on Energy FM whenever someone pulls a sicky, or goes away on one of those things called "holidays" which I never have time for and can never afford anyway. I suppose I'm classed as what radio people and anoraks call a "Swing Jock"... which is not to be confused with jocks who are swingers - they are, of course, a totally different thing.
I have popped up on other stations such as BBC Radio Manchester, Rother FM (South Yorkshire), Asda FM, PC World FM (when it existed), Topps Tiles FM, and currently my regular home is on 96.2 The Revolution in the North West. I am always happy to tart myself around on the airwaves, and covering shows here on Energy FM is always great fun! I love the music we play, and all the stuff we have going on.
Outside of doing radio, I like to write and sleep. Not at the same time, that would be strange.
