The Government is offering guidance for communities planning street parties to celebrate the Royal Wedding.

April 29th will be a public holiday on the Isle of Man.

The Department of Infrastructure has published a document advising what can and can't be done in a street party.

Neighbours can seek approval to close a minor residnetial road for a street party, as long as it is not a bus route.

Full guidelines and a road closure application form can be found on the Government's website
