Bay fest ticket holders should write for refunds

People who've paid for Bay Festival tickets will get all of their money back.

This has now been confirmed by the Office of Fair Trading.

By law, people have to get full refunds because the organisers failed to provide what they sold.

The OFT says people should write to ask for a refund and include proof of purchase.

The address given is IOM Bay Festival Ltd, PO Box 1234, Peel, IOM, IM99 9YA.

Claim for refunds have to be made before 17th June and the money will be given back on or before 29th July.

Claims can only be handled by post and not by email or telephone.
