Drugs with a street value of over £500,000 have been seized by police in the last year.

The Isle of Man Constabulary has released new figures which show the types and quantities of drugs being detected here.

Among the seizures so far this year are over £15,000 of heroin, £2,000 worth of cocaine and 321 ecstasy tables valued at £1,000.

That’s added to cannabis with a street value of £407,000 and £2,800 worth of drugs believed to be heroin and crack cocaine.
