Firefighters tackle blaze in Tromode

Fire crews dealt with a house fire in Tromode early this morning.

Two appliances were called out just after 6am to Cedar Walk.

The occupants were out of the house by the time they arrived - no one suffered any injuries.

It's not yet clear what caused the blaze although firefighters say the fact all the doors had been closed before the occupants went to bed meant the fire hadn't been able to spread as quickly.
