Landlord and Tenant Bill goes back to the drawing board

Wed, 11 Feb 2015

New regulations to protect landlords and tenants have been expelled from the House of Keys.

Yesterday MHKs voted in favour of redrafting the Landlord and Tenant Private Housing Bill.

Once altered the Bill will be passed back to the Department of Health and Social Care for review.
