Travelwatch calling for 'urgent reviews'

Passenger watchdog TravelWatch is calling for urgent reviews following the serious transport disruption over Easter.

Chairman Brendan O'Friel says lessons must be learnt after thousands of passengers' travel plans were thrown into chaos.
