How the building could look

Planning permission is being sought to turn an office building in Castletown into apartments.

Canada Life House on Alexandra Road became vacant when the company relocated to the business park in Douglas.

M.O.P Holdings Ltd has submitted an application to build seven flats with a balcony garden and associated parking.

It's currently pending consideration - Castletown Commissioners says members have discussed the proposal and there is no objection to the plan.
