Rushen MHK declares for new constituency

Rushen MHK Phil Gawne has announced he will stand for re-election - but in a different constituency.

He's declared for the neighbouring area of Arbory, Castletown and Malew saying he believes he needs to live in the constituency he represents.

The Infrastructure Minister says we need to stop doing "knee-jerk negative stuff" and start believing in the Island to give "hope" back to the people.
