Accountant declares for Garff

A Laxey accountant has confirmed his intention to stand in the constituency of Garff at the upcoming General Election.

Andrew Smith wants to take one of the two available seats for the area in September.

He says he believes his experience as a Laxey commissioner and businessman will help him serve the people of Garff and the Island's wider community.
