Manx Police have renewed their appeal for information after four Collie pups were found at a tip in the North.

The animals were found tied in a plastic bag at Balladoole Civic Amenity Site last month and Officers are trying to find out how they came to be there.

They are looking for anyone with a border collie that may have been showing signs of pregnancy around late August.

People with that breed of dog expecting a litter are asked to come forward to rule them out of enquiries.

The pregnancy for the mother is said to have lasted around 63 days.

Police belive the owner was from the north, and either owned or borrowed a car.

Anyone who thinks they know who is involved is asked to contact Ramsey police on 812234 - Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
