Cav takes first win as Team Sky rider in Qatar

Mark Cavendish has taken his first win as a Team Sky rider.

The Manx cyclist picked up victory in stage 3 of the Tour of Qatar, his first event with the team.

The victory comes despite the world champion being hampered with a virus at the start of the Tour.

It leaves him 3rd overall in the event.
