Jake Keeling won the fifth and final round of Ayre Clay Target Club’s winter English Sporting league at Blue Point on Sunday with n excellent score of 45/50.  Marty Kneen was second on 43 with Kevin Oates third on 38.

 

This gave Kneen the league win from Oates by one point.  Keeling was third.

 

Results:

A Class: 1, Jake Keeling 45; 2, Marty Kneen 43; 3, Kevin Oates 38.

B Class: 1=, Juan Cowley and Neil Parsons 35; 3, Jack Kneen 33.

C Class: 1, Phil Butler 30; 2, Eileen Jones 29; 3=, Dave Marsh and Bryan Fyfe 24.

 

This week at Blue Point is a 50 target English Skeet competition sponsored by Paul’s Gunstocks.  Entries close at 10.15am.
