The IoM Archery Club met on Sunday to shoot a Portsmouth round. Numbers were down a little but two club members managed to achieve personal best scores.

Colin Moore provided the upset of the day in the Gents Compound, by pushing Rhys Moore in second place and taking the victory by just 1 point. Dave Moore finished off the pace in third.

For once Lesley Sleight did not set a new record in the Ladies Barebow but Denyse Hill recorded a new personal best score in the Ladies Recurve division.

It was business as usual for Josh Trafford in the Gents Recurve, as he romped home 43 points clear of Dave Berry. John Hill finished in third after a couple of misses with his score well down from him usual best.

In the Junior Boys Recurve Aaron Pannell-Cottier added 13 points to his pb but had to settle for second place behind a triumphant James Hill. Jacob Brookes finished in third.

Tilly Ashton had a nightmare shoot with two misses and a score well below what she is capable of.
