Ayre Clay Target Club hosted two competitions in English Sporting at Blue Point on Sunday.
The penultimate round of the Harding Lewis sponsored English Sporting Summer League was won by Kevin Oates with a score of 47/50. Alan Kinrade was second on 44 with Marty Kneen taking third place with 43.
The 100 target Selection Shoot was won by Marty Kneen with a score of 86. Kevin Oates was second on 84 with Alan Kinrade in third on 78.
Results of Harding Lewis Sporting Summer League:
A Class: 1, Kevin Oates 47; 2, Alan Kinrade 44; 3, Marty Kneen 43.
B Class: 1, George Davies and Brian Mylrea 38; 3, Neil Parsons 36.
C Class: 1, Corina Clague 31; 2, Jordan Dougherty 29; 3, Winky MacLeod 28.
This week at Blue Point there are two 100 target competitions in Universal Trench. Saturday’s entries close at 12.30pm and Sunday’s close at 10.15am. There will be English Skeet and DTL practice available.
