Thirty one shooters took part in the third round of Ayre Clay Target Club’s English Sporting Summer League at Blue Point on Sunday, kindly sponsored by Harding Lewis Limited. Kevin Oates was the winner, scoring 39/50. Marty Kneen was second on 37 with Paul Mihailovits taking third spot on 36.
Twenty five shooters carried on to shoot the 100 target Selection Shoot. Kneen was the winner on 77. Oates was second on 73 with Jake Keeling taking third on 70.
League Results:
A Class: 1, Kevin Oates 39; 2, M Kneen 37; 3, Paul Mihailovits 36.
B Class: 1, Jamie Hancox 34; 2, Neil Parsons 32; 3, Ben Richards 31.
C Class: 1, Peter Chadney 26; 2=, Martin Malone and David Roberts 25.
