Most students achieve university place

Fri, 20 Aug 2010

It was another record breaking year for A level students on the Isle of Man.

It was the second highest entry level ever, and over 38% of entries achieved an A grade.

However students took an average of 3.8 A levels each, down on recent years.

The Department of Education and Children says most students hoping to attend university have been successful in securing a place.
