Minister thanks bus passengers for patience

The Minister for Community Culture and Leisure David Cretney has thanked bus passengers for their patience during the first day of the new bus network.

However Two North Douglas MHKs continue to criticise the new look bus service calling it a complete shambles, and are calling for a public meeting to be held next Monday.

Mr Cretney has said he won't attend but if anyone needs more information about any aspect of the changes, staff are available at Lord Street and the help line is open on 662525 for further advice. He has also given his personal contact details out to the travelling public who have concerns.
