Man arrested following Christian Road assault

A Douglas man has been arrested following an assault on Christian Road.

The 35 year old is being questioned by police about the incident which happened on Sunday morning.

Police aren't looking for anyone else in connection with the incident.

The police command vehicle remained in the area until yesterday evening following the assault.

Officers say those involved are known to each other, and that the victim's injuries are not life threatening
