MHK welcomes road safety improvements

An MHK is welcoming long awaited safety work being carried out at a dangerous road junction in Douglas.

The Department of Infrastructure is due to begin work at the Hightonwood Hill / Johnny Watterson's Lane junction on Monday.

North Douglas Politician Bill Henderson has campaigned for over 10 years for improvements to be made.[Play audio file below]
