First Tynwald sitting of New Year

Michael School playing fields, Ronaldsway and court judgments are amongst the topics to be discussed in Tynwald this morning.

The Island's parliament meets today, and will start the sitting by focusing on the question paper.

Elsewhere on the order paper, Infrastructure Minister Phil Gawne will ask for up to £300,000 for the refurbishment of the Registries and Murray House, and Social Care Minister Martyn Quayle seeks £2.8million for the House Purchase Assistance Scheme.
