MHK calls for Minister's resignation

A North Douglas MHK has called the new bus timetable a shambles and called for the Minister David Cretney to resign.

John Houghton has been a strong objector to the Changes made by the Dept of Community, Culture and Leisure, which he believes have had a detrimental effect not only on his constituents but on the whole Island.

Energy FM news caught up with Mr Houghton earlier who had this message to the Minister

A DCCL Spokesman has confirmed to Energy FM News that Mr Cretney has no intention of resigning and that the new changes are currently in front of the Road Traffic Licensing Committee for approval.
