Copper wire stolen

Police are investigating the theft of copper wire from the Isle of Man Business Park.

 

It was taken from a truck parked next to the Manx Electricity Authority stores building at around 10.30pm on Friday night.

 

The copper wire is coated in green and yellow plastic and was still rolled on its storage drum.

 

Officers say a large amount was stolen.

 

Anyone with information is asked to call Onchan police station on 675190.
