The Community, Culture and Leisure Minister will be asked to make a statement on the storage of railway items which are said to be an asbestos hazard.

Michael MHK David Cannan will ask David Cretney to speak about to the items which the Department has been holding for the Isle of Man Railway and Tramway Preservation Society.

Director of Public Transport Ian Longworth has publicly appealed for the Society to remove the engines, which are causing an asbestos problem.
