Fri, 25 Mar 2011

Evidence will be heard by a Committee looking in to the Criminal Justice (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill next week.

Home Affairs Minister Adrian Earnshaw, former Department Chief Executive Will Greenhow and Chief Constable Mike Langdon will all give evidence to the House of Keys panel.

The Committee was formed after Rushen MHK Quintin Gill raised concerns over some clauses in the bill.

The evidence will be heard in public in the Legislative Council Chamber next Friday from 10.00am
